Tell us about the tools you partner with and why BEYOND THE PRODUCT FEATURES/BENEFITS you have chosen to work closely with these software (is it for support, commission, referrals, co-marketing…)?

They are great products and equally great people behind them.

Historically, what made you pass on partnership offers from tech companies?

Relationships. Companies and the people behind them must be focused on bringing true value and care to all parties.

Do any of these retainers require new software licenses for your clients?

It depends on the client’s situation. If they want us to fully run everything we manage their account under our roof. If they seek more direct involvement then we white label the product and have the client pay for it. It keeps everyone accountable and focused. Additionally, all payments are then expected (no surprises) and we maintain a strong level of ‘payment integrity’.

What are your primary barriers to partnering with tech companies?

Lack of referrals from partners, Difficulty creating or selling retainers around those products, Referral fee’s and other incentives are not worth the effort.

What are your ‘hub’ saas tools right now?

Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Hootsuite, SocialBee, Google Suite. Trello, Slack, Zoom, Stripe.

What type of new software would benefit your goals most in the coming months/year?
