What has prevented you from partnering with software?

  • Lack of alignment all around,
  • Dealing with Partner Managers is a headache,
  • The upfront costs of joining their program,
  • Referral fee’s and other incentives are not worth the effort,
  • Lack of referrals from partners.

Why have you passed on software partner offers in the past or chosen to leave former software partner programs you were affiliated with?

WPEngine – their partner program wasn’t enticing enough, but their product wasn’t good enough.

Yes

Do any of these retainers require new software licenses for your clients?

Yes – most retainers are built around HubSpot, then we add other tools like CallRail, Aircall, etc in based on client requirements.
