Tell us about the tools you partner with and why?
My loyalties lie with the platforms that are the best for my client base at this time in my clients life cycle. Zaius is a higher price point, but the setup is so much easier and automated it provides our customers a better value. I am very close with them and have spent the time to develop the relationship with their product team.
What has prevented you from partnering with software?
Dealing with Partner Managers is a headache
Why have you passed on software partner offers in the past or chosen to leave former software partner programs you were affiliated with?
The ability to manage all of our accounts under one agency/master login is incredibly important for us. We are a partner of Adroll, but they do not offer this and it is becoming an issue, but the product is still solid so we’ll stay. The other situation where I felt the partnerships are not aligning with the times is Digitial Marketer and Infusionsoft – both programs are dated in terms of value to the agencies at our level.
Do any of these retainers require new software licenses for your clients?
Our retainers are based on hours and not the tools. So no, not technically.
What type of new software would benefit your goals most in the coming months/year?
Do you white label any of your services for other agencies?
No, neither our services or others’
